The production enterprises of sensors in China are mainly concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta region, gradually forming a regional spatial layout mainly consisting of central cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Shenyang, and Xi'an. The Yangtze River Delta region: centered around Shanghai, Wuxi, and Nanjing, gradually forming a relatively complete sensor production system and industrial supporting facilities, including thermal, magnetic, imaging, weighing, optoelectronics, temperature, gas sensing, etc. Pearl River Delta region: A sensor industry system mainly composed of thermal, magnetic, ultrasonic, and weighing sensors, with Shenzhen as the main center city and foreign-funded enterprises from nearby small and medium-sized cities. Northeast region: mainly producing MEMS force sensors, gas sensors, and humidity sensors in Shenyang, Changchun, and Harbin. Beijing Tianjin region: mainly focused on universities, engaged in the research and development of new sensors, filling domestic gaps in certain fields. State Key Laboratory of Micro/Nano has been established in Beijing. Central region: With Zhengzhou, Wuhan, and Taiyuan as the main regions, and a closely integrated model of industry, academia, and research, the development trend in industries such as PTC/NTC thermistors, inductive digital liquid level sensors, and gas sensors is good. In addition, with the rise of the Internet of Things, the sensor industry has developed rapidly in other regions such as Shaanxi, Sichuan, and Shandong.
